Clinic Policies


Consultation: Glow Rescue is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals, and we offer a complimentary
consultation to better understand each individual's skincare needs. Please arrive a few minutes early for your
consultation to allow time for the appropriate forms to be completed.

Scheduling: Appointments are preferred and almost always necessary. Most treatments will be booked well in advance
to ensure availability. We reserve the right to request a deposit for treatments reserved in advance.

Late arrivals: Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. In fairness
to others, your treatment must end on time so the next client's session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on
time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however, with some treatments, it may be
necessary to reschedule.

Product Returns: We offer consultations on our products to ensure suitability. Samples are provided when possible,
to ensure compatibility with ones skin type.  All product sales are final, with the following exceptions: Product may be
returned for refund or credit in unused and unopened condition. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Product kits or purchases which include bonus items, must be returned complete and intact. (We do not accept returns
on damaged or used product)


Please note the following:

Cancellations: Your Glow Rescue appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule
your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance, so we may accomodate those on our waiting list .  If less than
24 hours notice is received we reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of the missed session.
We provide reminder calls the day before your appointment, a "no show" will be considered a lost appointment (100% charge).
