Our Return Policy:

Due to the purity of our products, we generally do not experience returns due to allergy or dissatisfaction.
Therefore, most returns may result from product damaged in transit or in lesser cases an incorrect order.

or email ( glowrescue@shaw.ca ) to make the appropriate arrangements.

We will also accept returns within 14 days on all unopened product, in the original condition.

Note: all shipping cost are the responsibility of the client, and not valid for refund.



Shipping Policy:


All orders are shipped within two (2) business days of order receipt, and generally arrive within 2-7 business
days from the time the order leaves our clinic.


We provide free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada and the the U.S.
